Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION BY CLIENT

In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling of the client’s event, please note that all prepaid deposits are non-refundable. 

 

RESCHEDULING OF EVENT BY CLIENT

If an event must be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, the client must inform BubbleBall Regina at least 3 days prior to the date of the event.  The client may reschedule the event at their convenience, provided BubbleBall Regina can accommodate the new date. The existing prepaid deposit will be applied to the invoice for the new date and the balance of the invoice is due prior to set up on the day of the event.

 

BubbleBall Regina will do our very best to accommodate any rescheduled events.

 

CANCELLATION DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER

In the case of bad weather, BubbleBall Regina will notify the client within 24 hours of the event to reschedule. At this time, it is up to the client to decide whether to continue with the booking, cancel or re-schedule. 

 

Cancellation policy is in effect.

 

All rescheduling is at the discretion of BubbleBall Regina and we will do our best to accommodate a new date.

 

At any time, BubbleBall Regina reserves the right to cancel any game if it is determined that weather conditions make play too dangerous. 

 

CANCELLATION BY BUBBLEBALL REGINA

BubbleBall Regina reserves the right to cancel any game without notice. Should a cancellation of your event be initiated by BubbleBall Regina and rescheduling the event is not possible for the client, a FULL REFUND will of the deposit will be provided within 7 days.
